  • Reminder
    Please remember that students need to arrive by 7:20 am to have plenty of time to eat breakfast before school starts. Class begins at 7:40 am. Wednesdays are early release days in the Hickman Mills School District and Santa Fe releases students at 1:40 pm on Wednesdays.
     
    Parent Portal
    We would like all of our parents signed up for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal (program that you use to view your student's grades, attendance, and school-related information). If you do not have an account yet, contact Mrs. Rothmier at lear@hickmanmills.org or (816)316-8005.  
     
    Parent/Teacher Conferences
     Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Wednesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 30th. Contact your student's teacher to rsvp for a date/time. We look forward to visiting with you about your child's academics and attendance to make him/her successful in school. Grade cards will be given out during conferences.
     
    Fall Book Fair
    The fall Scholastic Book Fair will be held from Monday, November 3rd - Friday, November 7th during each student's library time. The book fair will be open for family shopping after school on Tuesday, November 4th (until the 2nd/3rd grade program is over) and Friday, November 7th (during Harvest Night). There will be many new titles (including the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid!). If you are unable to shop in person with your child you can go online and order books that will be delivered for free to our school at http://bookfairs.scholastic.com/homepage/santafeelementaryschool3

The mission of Santa Fe Accelerated Elementary is to increase student achievement in the areas of communication arts, math, and science.

Santa Fe strives to be a collaborative community united in their passion to create a positive, safe, and purposeful learning environment where parent and teacher take an active role in the achievement and advancement of all learners. Students are succeeding in all academic areas with the support of differentiated instruction. Students recognize the importance of being responsible for their own learning.
