Mr. Stewart has been in education since 1984. After teaching middle school art for almost 20 years, Mr. Stewart decided to make a move to the CODE Program.

He is married with two children. His wife is a fifth grade teacher in Lee's Summit School District.

Mr.Stewart enjoys building, collecting and working on computers. His favorite vacation was a family trip to Maine.They visited Niagra Falls, the Football Hall of Fame in Canton and the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

His most memorable moment was his first day when he saw the pace of the CODE Program. His most embarrassing moment was when he ripped the seat of his pants during a PEP Day. The cafeteria staff were the ones who noticed it.
