| 4. Strategy : Grade level Data Teams will utilize common plan time (PLC) to create and implement Common Units of Study and Assessments. Assessment data will be used to set SMART Goals for each unit. Data will be tracked by class and by student. Students will be targeted for extended learning instruction. |

3. Objective : By May 2013, the HMJH average daily attendance rate will be 96.3% as reported to DESE.
| 1. Strategy : Hickman Mills Junior High will develop an attendance plan to promote high student attendance. Attendance will be monitored more closely by classroom teachers, Advisement Teachers, counselors and administration. |

| 1. Objective : Increase family/parent participation in the educational process by 10% during the 2010-2011 school year as measured by participation in the parent portal of the student information system and participation in Open House and Student Lead Conferences. |
