Arts and Communication SLC Open House. Tuesday, January 28th the Arts and Communication small learning community will hold an open house for parents and students after school.  Times and exact location in Ruskin are to be determined but please mark your calendars for this fun and informative event.  

Day of Perfect Attendance-Wednesday, January 29th.   Mark your calendars-Ruskin's day of perfect attendance is Wednesday, January 29th.  Ruskin will be celebrating with prizes, snacks, and a trivia contest.  Help make your mark on Ruskin by being in school and celebrating awesome attendance.  

SENIOR MEETING NOTES.    A meeting was held on during school Thursday, January 9th for students graduating this year.  Please follow the link to view important information shared at this meeting.  

ALL SENIOR DUES AND PACKETS ARE DUE 12/20/2019.   Students planning to graduate in May, 2020 need to have their senior packets turned in to Ms. Heffernan in office by Friday, December 20th.

Ruskin and Smith Hale team up to win first place overall at Prep-KC's Math Relays!  Saturday, November 9th, Ruskin High School and Smith Hale Middle School both competed in PREP-KC's 10th annual Math Relays hosted here at Ruskin High School.  PREP-KC invites their five partner districts as well as their partner charter schools to participate in the Math Relays.  To receive first place as a district, Hickman Mills earned the highest percentage of points based on the number of participants.  This year we had 31 of our 34 Ruskin students earn either an individual and/or team medal.    Congratulations to all the Ruskin competitors and their coaches for a job well done.
