HR Portal Access
HR Portal is an application that allows access to tax information, leave balance, benefit, and pay histories.
You are able to print pay stubs from the HR Portal.

Step 1: From the district website: https://www.hickmanmills.org/hmc1sd
Hover over the Human Resources tab and select H-1 Hub (Intranet) from the menu that displays.
Step 2: Enter your district username and password when prompted.
Step 3: Once you’ve successfully signed in to the H-1 Hub, look to the right side of the screen and locate the Quick Links menu. Select HR Portal from the menu.
If you are having trouble signing in to the H-1 Hub, the direct URL to access HR Portal is: http://hrportal.hickmanmills.org/HRPortal/index.aspx
Step 4: If you’ve never signed in to the HR Portal, the following are your login credentials:
UserID = Hickman Mills email username
Password = Employee Number (this number can be obtained from the HR or Business Departments)
Use the Forgot Userid/Password button on the login screen if you’ve previously signed in to your account and changed your login information but don’t remember what it is. After selecting that button, you’ll be prompted to enter your Hickman Mills email address so an email can be sent with directions for resetting your login information.
Use the temporary password provided in the email. You’ll then have the ability to change the password to something you’d like to use. Select the Update Password button to continue.
After resetting the password, you’ll see the Change Password screen again. Select the Home button to move to the HR Portal menu.
