  • PARENTS & GUARDIANS: It is time for our annual parent/guardian survey. This is your opportunity to provide important feedback on your child’s classroom environment, school/district leadership, safety, and more. We value your opinion and strongly encourage you to complete the survey by November 8.

  • EARLY RELEASE DAY DISSMISSAL PROCEDURES: This Wednesday, October 9 is an Early Release Day.  Our school will dismiss both PK and K-5 students at approximately 11:30am.   The last Early Release Day caused some traffic issues, so we have taken steps to help with a quicker, more efficient flow of Car Rider Pick Up traffic. Please note the following:

    • Starting October 9th, parents will not be able to check students out after 11:00am on early dismissal days.
    • All cars must enter from 107th and Greenwood.  ( James A Reed Road will be blocked for entry )
    • All cars will exit to James A Reed Rd from Greenwood.  ( Cars will be blocked from exiting to 107th street )
    • We will have a KCPD officer on hand to help with directing traffic.
    • Parents will not be allowed to park.  All children will be picked up from the Car Rider Lines.  We will have 2 lanes of traffic at the pick up for K-5 students.  So, please watch your lanes and the flow of traffic.

Keep in mind that these procedures are in place for your safety, for your children's safety, and for staff safety. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we strive to make car rider pick up a smooth and pleasant experience for you.
