Community Feedback
Being a good neighbor and community partner is a top priority of HMC-1. Therefore, community members who have feedback, questions, concerns, or a complaint are always welcome to contact the district through the process outlined below.
Step 1: Initial Complaint/Concern
Contact building administrator through phone call, email or in-person visit.
Step 2: UnresolvedĀ Complaint/Concern
If the building administrator did not satisfactorily resolve the issue, community members can complete the HMC-1 Feedback Form or contact Venus Murphy.
Step 3: Continued UnresolvedĀ Complaint/Concern
In the case community members are still not satisfied after completing Step 1 & Step 2, a member of the HMC-1 leadership will host an in-person meeting to resolve the issue.
