Department of Maintenance
The Department of Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the school's facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports facilities, and administrative buildings. They coordinate cleaning services, monitor safety protocols, and ensure building codes and regulations compliance.
Responsibilities & Services
- Provide comprehensive building & grounds maintenance programs that improve and extend the life of facilities.
- Ensures all district buildings are maintained that improve and extend the life of facilities and ensure that they are attractive, comfortable, safe, energy efficient, and functional for all authorized building users and approved organizations.
- Ensure the most economical, effective, and efficient acquisition and payment of goods and services.
- Deliver quality purchasing and distribution to students, staff and vendors while seeking.
- Be proactive in health, safety and environmental management.
- Manage district needs such as air quality, insurance, security and emergency planning
