The Hickman Mills C-1 School District is proud to offer All-in Mentors. This program is designed to inspire, educate and motivate future generations. All-in Mentoring places mentors in positions where they can help, support and mentor students in their classroom work and every day challenges. 

Research shows that children that spend one hour a week with a caring adult attend school on a more consistent basis and do better in classroom work overall.

Mentors are asked to attend a mandatory orientation and training before being implemented into the program. All mentors are required to pass a background and criminal screening, provided by the Hickman Mills School District.  Mentor placement will not take place until the process has been completed.
