HMC-1 is committed to keeping the voting community updated on its investment. This page provides information and photos of construction and renovation progress related to projects voters approved in the April 5, 2016 election. New information will be posted as it becomes available, so check back often.
Included in past updates is information on the HVAC replacement at the Freshman Center and Santa Fe Elementary buildings.
If you have any questions about construction, please contact Dan Weakley, director of operations at HMC-1.
On April 5, 2016, the HMC-1 community overwhelmingly approved a $19 million no tax increase bond. This money will be used to address more that $66 million in deferred maintenance needs throughout the school district. All of these bond dollars will be used to begin updating learning spaces for our students, protecting the community’s investments (our schools), and fostering greater community engagement.
