Why I Chose Education as My Career of Choice
I think that it is incredibly important for our students to learn to be innovators at school so that they will be ready for the new technology-driven STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) job market. According to stemjobs.com, 65% of jobs our students will have so not exist yet. I teach using project-based learning to encourage students to be critical thinkers and problem solvers so that they will succeed in these future jobs.
Personal Interests
I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen and doing things outdoors (like mountain biking and going to the zoo).
