Why I Chose Education as My Career of Choice:
I am very passionate about art and math. I am a product of the Hickman Mills C-1 School District, and wanted to come back to the district that made me who I am. I chose to become a teacher because I wanted to help kids learn the content that I have developed such passions for growing up.
Personal Interests:
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring Kansas City. The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium are some of my favorite spots in the city. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love art, especially Modern Art, including Pop Art and Andy Warhol! I do photography and art when I can. I have started doing ceramics (pottery) weekly.
