PHILOSOPHY

At Millennium at Santa Fe Elementary School, we believe that a child is unique, has special talents and abilities and his or her education is the foundation for learning and achievement throughout life. Our responsibility is to provide learning experiences in an atmosphere that capitalizes on nurturing these talents while challenging students to acquire new skills and understandings through project based learning and high yield instructional strategies. By engaging parents, faculty, and community members in shared decision-making, we constantly strive to create an environment where we can promote and enable students to succeed in a global society. Our students, parents, teachers and community are committed to making Millennium “The Best STEAM School in the Country”.

VISION STATEMENT

The vision of Millennium at Santa Fe Elementary School is to provide a project-based learning environment, which inspires collaborative and individual critical thinking and academic excellence while implementing Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.).  Collaborating with parents, community and school as a team that enables each child to realize their fullest potential.
