    We want to make sure you are aware of the iPadHelp@hickmanmills.org email address. This email address is available for students/parents to use if they need assistance with their iPads while offsite - attempting to access content, applications, the Internet, etc. from home.

     

    The email address is iPadHelp@hickmanmills.org.

     

    This account is monitored each week day by a member of the technology team so an immediate response can be provided.

     

    Please include the following information in the email:

    • student's full name
    • building attending
    • all information possible regarding the issue when sending the email
    • phone # if possible to contact you regarding the issue
