District Seeks Insight from HMC-1 Community Through Survey
April 30, 2019
Beginning April 30, an online survey will be available across the Hickman Mills School C-1 District (HMC-1) for all community members to take part.
The online survey “grades” various areas of the school district, providing insights into what residents think about the district’s strengths, challenges and priorities for the district’s future.
“This survey will give us an opportunity to hear from our patrons their opinions about our performance, and what our priorities should be for the future,” said Superintendent Yolanda Cargile, Ed.D.
The entire survey should take 10 minutes to complete, but please be certain to set aside enough time to finish the survey before you begin. If you exit the survey in the middle, you will not be able to return later.
Separate surveys have been created for community members and HMC-1 parents.
If patrons do not have access to a computer to complete the survey, HMC-1 has printed surveys available in the district’s Administration Center, 5401 E. 103rd St. Please stop by between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to complete a survey.
Responses are limited to one per device (smartphone, tablet, etc.). Surveys are being tabulated by a third-party firm from Kansas City, and all responses go directly to them. The district will receive a summary report but will not see any individual responses.
“We really want to hear from you,” said Cargile. “Please access the survey link and let us know what you think.”
The survey will close Tuesday, May 7, 2019.
